Purpose : The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between
demography towards financial literacy. Then, second
purpose od this study is to know how financial literacy
affects Islamic financial planning awareness in Pekanbaru
Methodology : The methodology used in this study uses structural equation
modelling (SEM) PLS to analyze the relationship of the
variables in this study.
Findings : Demography variable has positive effect towards financial
literacy and financial literacy has positive effect towads
Islamic financial planning awareness
