Operatonal Risk Management Analysis In E-Commerce Form An Islamic Perspective
Goal: This study aims to conduct a risk management study to identify and evaluate
potential risk events that occur during Alessha.id operational activities by using an
integration model of the Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) method and
handling steps will be carried out from an Islamic perspective.
Method: This research uses a qualitative method. Data collection in this research was
obtained from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Observations were made
by observing Alessha.id operational activities and also reading literature related to
research. Interviews will be conducted with the owner of Alessha.id. This study uses
the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method.
Fact/Finding: Based on the results of risk identification, there were 39 risk events
encountered in operational activities carried out by Alessha,id. These risk events are
evaluated by calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) and categorizing the level of
each risk. Based on the results of the risk evaluation using the FMEA method. As for
risk level categorization, there are 4 risks in the high category, 17 risks in the medium
category, and 18 risks in the low category. The prioritized risks for the next mitigation
strategy are determined based on the Pareto 20/80 rule found as follows. Hit and Run
by Customer (R32) is carried out by mitigating risk by using an advanced system,
Delivery Process Error (R38) is carried out by mitigating risk by using follow-up or
coordination with Expedition, there are defects in the mechanism of finished materials
(R14) is done by mitigating risk by processing failed products, Delay of finished
materials coming to the finished material warehouse (R8) is done by mitigating risk by
making delivery deadline agreements, raw material prices are too expensive (R2) done
by mitigating risk by using risk transfer with Murabaha financing, Error placing raw
materials on a predetermined shelf (R17) is carried out by mitigating risk by applying
the layout of the grouting material before the ore is placed on the existing shelf
