Tujuan: Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah ada pengaruh Kualitas
Produk, Harga, Media Sosial (Instagram) dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap
Minat Beli Konsumen Produk Makanan Khas Jambi (Temphoyac)
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dan accidental
sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 388 konsumen yang pernah
membeli produk pusat oleh-oleh khas jambi (temphoyac). Metode dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai
signifikansi a= 0,05 (5%).
Hasil/Temuan: Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa: secara parsial variabel
Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Media sosial Instagram (X3), Kualitas
Pelayanan (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen
pusat oleh-oleh khas jambi (Temphoyac). Secara simultan Kualitas Produk,
Harga, Media sosial Instagram, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pusat oleh-oleh khas jambi (Temphoyac)
dan variabel independen dalam Model Regresi dapat menjelaskan variabel
dependen sebesar 65%
