Pengaruh media Sosial Tik Tok, Influencer Marketing Dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen (Studi Kasus Produk Scarlett Di Shopee)

Tujuan: Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh media
Sosial Tik Tok, influencer marketing, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli
produk Scarlett di E-Commerce Shopee.
Metode: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif.
Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menyebar
kuesioner kepada 135 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan produk Scarlett di
Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda
dengan nilai signifikansi a=0,10 (10%).
Hasil/Temuan: Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa (1) media Sosial Tik Tok
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett di Shopee.
(2) influencer marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli
konsumen terhadap produk Scarlett di Shopee. (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett di Shopee. (4) Media
sosial Tik Tok, influencer marketing, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara
simultan terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett di Shopee.
