determinant Factors Of Intention To Use Flip Application (Case Study On Msmes In jabodetabek)
Purpose: This study determines the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived
benefit, and perceived security on intention to use the Flip application on MSMEs
in Jabodetabek.
Methodology: The researcher used primary data by distributing questionnaire to
132 MSMEs owner in Jabodetabek area. This research method is multiple linear
regression analysis.
Findings: The findings show that the perceived ease of use variable has a positive
but not significant effect on the intention to use the Flip application. Then the
perceived benefit variable has a significant effect on the intention to use the
application. The security perception variable does not have a significant effect on
the intention to use the Flip application. Finally, the variables of perceived ease of
use, perceived benefits, and perceived security have a simultaneous influence on
intentions to use the Flip application.
