Factors Affecting Intention To Use Electronic Money For Daily Transaction Analysis (Case Study In Banjarmasin)
Purpose : This study aims to determine the factors that influence
consumer intentions to use E-Money in daily transactions
Methodology : Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) approach is used to test structural models and
measurements. A total of 120 responses were collected by
online questionnaire using google form. The sample of this
study used non-probability with purposive sampling technique.
This study had 6 variables, namely attitude, convenience,
knowledge about riba, perceived behavioral control, perceived
trust, and subjective norm.
Findings : This study found that the variables attitude, convenience,
perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm affect the
intention to use E-Money. In addition, the knowledge about
riba and perceived trust variables are not significantly proven
as determinants.
