Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efisiensi,
pemehuhan janji, kesedian system beroperasi, ketanggapan, privasi fitur dan
kehandalan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia di
JABODETABEK.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi
kasus pada nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia di JABODETABEK. Teknik
pengumpulan data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan
data diolah dengan menggunakan software. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi
linier berganda.
Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ke tujuh variabel
berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan nasabah mobile banking.
Dimensi terkuat dalam menjelaskan kualitas layanan BSI mobile secara berurutan
adalah feature, reliability, dan privacy. Faktor yang mempengaruhi variabel
reability dan feature mempunyai pengaruh terkuat terhadap kepuasan nasabah
mobile banking.
