Analysis Of Factors Affecting On Saving Intention In islamic Bank: The Case Is Langkat

Purpose: This thesis discusses the influence of knowledge, religiosity, and service
quality
Method: This study uses a quantitative approach through the SEM-PLS method by
taking a case study in Langkat area. The data from this study were obtained from the
results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely 17-40 years old.).
Result: The results showed that of the 3 hypotheses, there were 2 accepted hypotheses,
namely 1) knowledge had a significant effect on intention 2) service quality had a
significant effect on intention. On the other hand, religiosity do not significantly affect
on saving intention in Islamic Bank.
