Optimizing Productive Zakat Bekasi

Goal: The purpose of this study is to identifying the productive zakat problem both
internal and external problem that faced by Baznas Bekasi City and to know the
dominant problem of those problems. This study also provided appropriate solution
to optimize Baznas Bekasi City in running productive zakat program.
Method: The type of research in this study is a qualitative-quantitative analysis
research using Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. This study will find out
the capture view of practitioners, academics and regulators in the field of zakat
using a qualitative approach. While the quantitative approach used when processing
data through Super Decision and Microsoft Excel to identify the priority scale of
the results of the qualitative approach that has done previously.
Result: The result show that the dominant problem of this study was external
problem. The priority in the problem is the lack of entrepreneurial spirit among
mustahik. The solutions offered to overcome these problems are entrepreneurship
training and motivation.
