Rencana Bisnis “Sambal Bunda” Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas
Purpose: This study is intended to analyse the business plan with a business model
analysis of the canvas with the aim of obtaining accurate results on the elements of
customer segments and value propositions of the business plan to be built.
Method: This study uses the action research method to determine market potential,
especially in customer segments and value propositions with the business model
canvas approach. From the method used, the instrument used was observation and
interviews with participants comprehensively.
Results / Findings: The results obtained from this research are the creation of an
accurate and elaborative description of the business model of the Sambal Bunda
business plan. This research provides an accurate description, especially on the
elements of customer segments and value propositions in the business analysis
model canvas method which are the main elements for a business unit.
