Judul : Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan E-channel terhadap
Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Nasabah (Studi Kasus pada PT Bank
NTB Syariah).
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan e-channel
terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Serta untuk
mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap
loyalitas nasabah PT Bank NTB Syariah.
Metodologi : Partial Least Square – Srtuctural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM).
Hasil : Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh signifkan terhadap
kepuasan nasabah. Kemudian, kepuasan nasabah juga
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Akan
tetapi kualitas layanan. Akan tetapi kualitas layanan
elektronik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas
nasabah melainkan hal tersebut dimediasi oleh kepuasan
nasabah.
