The Effect Of Good Corporate Governance On Profity Of Manufacturing Companies In Indonesia Stock Exhance

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance to the
Profitability ratio of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange
(BEI) in 2017-2019. Good Corporate Governance is measured by the Size of the
Board of Commissioners, Size of the Audit Committee, and Managerial Ownership.
The Profitability ratio uses Return on Equity (ROE). The sample in this study
consists of 18 manufacturing companies that selected using purposive sampling
method. The analytical method is panel data regression. Based on the result of this
study concluded that the variable of Size of Board of Commissioners have positive
significant effect on Profitability, the variable Size of Board of Audit Committee
and Managerial Ownership have insignificant effect on Profitability.
