The Effect Of Internal Control Towards The Effctiveness Of Zakat Management In Zakat Institutions (Study Case Baitul Maal Muamalat)

Purpose: the purpose of this research is achieved it is expected that internal control
has effect and over management zakat can optimize the potential of managing zakat
and increase public trust to distribute zakat through amil.
Methodology: The method in this study is quantitative. The total population in this
study amounted to 45. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The
saturated sample is all population used as a sample. The data processing technique
is to use simple linear regression analysis.
The Result: The results of the research on the effect of internal control on the
effectiveness of zakat management at the Baitumal Maal Muamalat Amil Zakat
Institution are based on the results of the data results and testing the outcome of the
data. The results of the analysis show that internal control has a positive effect on
the effectiveness of zakat management.
Research Limitations : The Based on the identification of the above problems, to
be more centered. This is done to avoid wide-ranging discussions. On the other
hand, this study has limited time and effort. Therefore, this research focuses on the
analysis of the effect of internal control on the effectiveness of zakat management
zakat institutions, case studies in Baitul Maal Muamalat.
