Pengaruh Kualitas Jasa dan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas Jasa dan harga
terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.Metode yang digunakan
pemelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, subjek penelitian adalah
pelanggan Al-Amin Bogor yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan
menyebarkan kuesioner, sedangkan analis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur (
Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Jasa dan harga
berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan kualitas Jasa dan
harga tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dan yang terakhir
Kepuasasan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas Jasa, harga dan kepuasan mempunyai
pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
