Dumplings Rolls Products is one of the businesses engaged in culinary.
The goal is to facilitate consumers in eating snack Dumplings Rolls. This business
plan is also needed strategies that can compete in the market and grow into large
and wide. This is what underlies the author to build a Dumplings Rolls product.
Therefore a business model of the canvas is established to measure the feasibility
of the product, especially in determining the appropriate customer segment and
value propositions.
This business model plan uses the Action Research method
With customer discovery approach. There are two main stages in testing this
model, namely the testing of problems and solutions.
Results on the test 100% of 30 respondents interested in Dumplings Rolls
products. In addition there are problems in determining the customer segment in
the target. Based on the end result of the canvas business model and renewal of
customer segment and has been updated and adjusted to the market.
