Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Dan Important Performance Analysis (IPA)
Tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah BSM cabang Bogor ditunjukan
dalam variabel yang terdapat pada diagram kartesius yang terdapat pada
Importance Performance Analysis bahwa terdapat empat variabel yang telah
sukses dilaksanakan oleh BSM cabang Bogor dan hanya dua variabel yang
dianggap berlebihan dari keseluruhan terdapat dua belas atribut yang diujikan.
Adapun pada Customer Satisfaction Index dengang mendapatkan nilai indeks
kepuasan sebesar 87,68 persen yang mana masuk dalam kategori sangat puas
tentu ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel-variabel yang diujikan
telah sukses dilaksanakan oleh BSM cabang Bogor, sehingga Importance
Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Performance Analysis (CSI) dapat
mempengaruhi kinerja layanan Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Bogor.
